I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist whose work centers around empowering and equipping women and their partners to live rich, fulfilling lives.
With a spirit of authenticity, transparency, and some humor, I help women and couples to feel seen and understood as we unpack current or past issues and create a new path forward. Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to process current and past experiences while gaining insight, learning new skills, and transforming relationships. Couples Therapy
Maintaining a healthy and fulfilling relationship can be hard. If you and your partner are struggling with communication, feel unhappy or disconnected, are on different pages, dealing with infidelity, or have hit a rough patch, couples therapy can help you restore or create a thriving, fulfilling relationship. With a blend of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, we will explore your unique challenges and help you work through current struggles to build the relationship you desire.
Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling is the perfect way to ensure your marriage gets off to a great start. Using the research-backed Prepare/Enrich curriculum, you and your partner will learn conflict resolution skills, financial management, and discuss important topics like extended family, family planning, sex and intimacy, and more.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Support
Becoming and being a mom is one of the most significant life changes you will experience. Infertility, loss, constant worry, feeling overwhelmed or isolated, struggling to find balance, or finding that reality isn't matching your expectations can be a lot to handle on your own. Grace offers a compassionate place to help you feel less alone and more equipped to handle the challenges you're facing.
