With a blend of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, we will explore your unique challenges and help you work through current struggles to build the relationship you desire.
Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling is the perfect way to ensure your marriage gets off to a great start. Using the research-backed Prepare/Enrich curriculum, you and your partner will learn conflict resolution skills, financial management, and discuss important topics like extended family, family planning, sex and intimacy, and more.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Support
Becoming and being a mom is one of the most significant life changes you will experience. Infertility, loss, constant worry, feeling overwhelmed or isolated, struggling to find balance, or finding that reality isn't matching your expectations can be a lot to handle on your own.
